Chat

The Planbook AI chat feature (PlanBot) can be used to find an immediate answer to your question. If more help is required beyond what PlanBot can provide, users will be given the option to send the Planbook Success Team a direct message.

To use the PlanBot, follow these steps:

1. Click the PlanBot icon at the bottom of Planbook's Knowledge Base.

   Note: Use the dots to the left of the chat icon to move the chat to a different location on your screen.

2. Type your question in the message field.

3. Click enter or press the send icon to transmit your message.

4. Click the article that answers your question, or indicate if you need more help.

   By indicating you need more help, you will be given the option to send a direct message to the Planbook Success Team.
