[Views](https://help.planbook.com/students-views?hsLang=en#views) # How to generate View Links for all Teachers ## This article will provide administrators with the steps needed to generate view links for teachers connected to their school. We recommend that administrators ensure all teachers’ school years and subjects are set up before generating view links. To generate view links: 1. Click the **User Settings** icon in top-right menu. 2. Select **Sharing Options**. 3. Select **View - Links**. 4. Click **Generate** to create view links for all teachers at the school. 5. Select a **View Range** for the view. The view range determines how far in the past and future plans can be viewed.  To have viewing access of the full year of plans at any time, we recommend selecting All Prior Weeks and All Future Weeks for the date range. 6. Click **Generate** to create the view links for all the teachers with the set view range. 7. Click **Export** to generate a CSV of all teacher view links. This will generate a CSV file of the links to your downloads. 8. Links will now be display by teacher for all classes. To find a View Link for a specific teacher's class, select the arrow to show all classes. 9. To remove any view links, select **Clear**. 10.
