How to Print (Send) Lesson Plans

This article will provide users with the information needed to export and print their lessons.

To print (send) your lesson plans:
  1. Click the Send To icon in the top-right menu.  
  2. Select where to Send your plans:
    • PDF Document - Plans will be saved in PDF file
    • Microsoft Word - Plans will be saved as a Word Document.
    • Google Calendar - Plans will be exported to a Google Calendar.
    • Google Doc - Plans will be saved as a Google Doc.
  3. Select a Layout for the plans.
    • Week - Lesson Plans in Week format.
    • Day - Lesson Plans in Day format.
    • Month (Class) - Lessons for a class in Month format.
    • Month (Events) - Events in Month format.
    • List (Class) - Lessons for a class in List format.
    • List (Events) - Events in List format.
    • List (Lesson Bank) - Lessons for a bank in List format.
    • Notes - Notes in List format.
    • To Do - To Do items in List format.
    • Messages - Messages between teachers, administrators and students.
  4. Select the Items to include in the plans.
  5. Select the Date Range to include in the plans.
  6. If desired, select a Time Range to include in the plans. This allows you to limit the view to a specific time window, such as morning lessons only.
  7. Click the Send icon to send your plans. Plans will generate as a downloaded document.
