How to send a message to all Administrators

This article will provide users with the information needed to send messages that are viewable by all administrators connected to the school account.

Planbook allows messages to be sent to multiple recipients, including all administrators. To send a message that will be seen by all administrators, follow these steps:

  1. From the Planbook Bar, select Messages.
  2. Click the Add Message (+) icon in the top-right menu.
  3. In the Recipients section, select Administration to include all admins in the message thread. Additional recipients can also be selected.
  4. Enter your message content in the Description tab.
  5. (Optional) Use the Attachments tab to add any relevant files.
  6. Click Save (checkmark) in the top-right menu to send the message.
