Planbook allows you to control how dates and times are displayed in your plans. To set your date and time formats: 1. Click the **User Setting** icon in top-right menu. 2. Select the **Display Settings** option. 3. Select the **Dates and Times** option in menu bar. 4. Select a **Date Format**: - **MM/DD/YYYY** - Dates will display with month followed by day - **DD/MM/YYYY** - Dates will display with day followed by month. 5. Select a **Date Delimiter**: - Use a **/ (Slash)** delimiter. - Use a **- (Dash)** delimiter. - Use a **. (Dot)** delimiter. 6. Select a **Time Format:** - **12-Hour** - Times will display in 12 hour format with AM and PM. - **24-Hour** - Times will display in 24 hour format. 7. To adjust the **Current Date Highlight Colors**, click the **Pick a Color** icon for the **Fill** and **Text** options. 8.
