How to create a Cycle Schedule

This article will provide users with the information needed to create a cycle or rotating class schedule.

To set up your school year on a cycle schedule:

1. From the Planbook Bar, select School Years.
2. Hover on the current school year, and click the Edit button.
3. Under Classes are Scheduled, select the On a cycle option.
4. Enter the number of days for your cycle. For example, an A/B cycle schedule would be 2 days.
5. In the Day Names section, enter a name for each cycle day.
6. Click the Save (checkmark) icon to save your changes.
