How to add Permission for a Class (for COPY & LINK)
This article will provide users with the information needed to create a sharing permission. A sharing permission is required to give another teacher access to copy or link content from your account.
To allow other teachers to copy or link from your classes, you will need to add a permission. Once a permission is created, your email address will automatically appear in the account as a potential copy/link source in the accounts listed on the sharing permission. A sharing permission is not need for Replica. To create a sharing permission to allow copying and linking:- Click the User Settings icon in top-right menu.
- Select the Sharing Options button.
- Select Collaborate - Permissions in menu bar.
- Click the Add (+) button to add a new permission.
- Select the teachers (email address), classes, and view rules.
- Click the Save (checkmark) icon in top-right menu to save your changes.
Once the permission is saved, the added teachers will see your email address on their Copy Page. The teacher who wishes to copy or link your plans can do so by following the linked steps:
