[Articles](https://help.planbook.com/account-information?hsLang=en#articles) # How to renew a School or District Subscription ## This article will provide administrators with the information needed to renew a Planbook school or district account subscription. ![](https://help.planbook.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/user-solid-4.png?width=15&height=15&name=user-solid-4.png) Please note that this feature is only available to **Administrator, District Administrator, and Manager** accounts in Planbook. To renew a school subscription: 1. Click the **User Settings** icon in top-right menu. 2. Select the **Account** option. 3. Select the **Billing** option in menu bar. 4. Click the **Renew Subscription** button. 5. Enter **Number of Accounts**, **Expiration Date**, and **Purchase Order** number (if applicable). 6.
