How to add Student Attendance

This article will provide teachers with the information needed to add student attendance.

Attendance can be added for any students assigned to a class. To add student attendance:
  1. From the Planbook Bar, select Attendance.
  2. Select the Date of attendance.
  3. Select an individual Class, or select All Day for all classes.
  4. For each student, record attendance:
    • Present - Student was present and arrived on time for class or day.
    • Tardy - Student was present but arrived late for class or day.
    • Absent - Student was absent for class or day.
