How to Print (Send) a To Do List

This article will provide users with the information needed to print their to do list from their account.

To print (send) a To Do list:
  1. From the Planbook Bar, select Notes & To Do.
  2. Click the Send To icon in the top-right menu.
  3. Select where to Send your To Do list:
    • PDF Document - To Do list will be saved in PDF file
    • Microsoft Word - To Do list will be saved as a Word Document
    • Google Calendar - To Do list will be exported to a Google Calendar
    • Google Doc - To Do list will be saved as a Google Doc.
  4. Select the To Do option for the Layout.
  5. Select the Items to include in the To Do list.
    • Done - Include items that are marked as complete.
    • Not Done - Include items that are not marked as complete.
    • Low - Include items set as low priority.
    • Medium - Include items set as medium priority.
    • High - Include items set as high priority.
  6. Enter a Date Range for the To Do list.
  7. Click the Send icon to send your To Do list. To Do List will generate as a downloaded document.
