How to add an Extra Lesson

This article will provide users with the information needed to add an extra lesson for a class on a specific date.

When you create a schedule for your classes, lessons will be generated automatically on all class days in your plans. There may be times, however, when you want to add an extra lesson for a class on a specific date. This may be a date when you do not normally teach the class, or a date when you already have a lesson for the class, but want to add an extra lesson for the class on the same date.

To add an extra lesson to your plans:

1. Click the Add (+) icon in the top-right menu.
2. Select the Extra Lesson option.
3. Select a Class for the extra lesson.
4. Enter a Lesson Date for the extra lesson.
5. Enter a Title for the extra lesson.
6. Select a Start Time and End Time for the extra lesson.
7. Select a Unit for the extra lesson if applicable.
8. Add content into each desired section of the lesson.
9. Click the Save (checkmark) icon in top-right menu to save the extra lesson.
