How to add a Teacher Key (for REPLICA)

This article will provide users with the information needed to create a teacher key. Teacher keys are only required to use Planbook's replica feature.

To allow other teachers to create a Replica of your class, or to import your events, you will need to add a Teacher Key to your account. A teacher key is not needed for other sharing features such as Copying and Linking. To create a Teacher Key:

    1. Click the User Settings icon in top-right menu.
    2. Select the Sharing Options button.
    3. Select Collaborate - Class Replicas in menu bar.
    4. Enter a Teacher Key. The teacher key works like a password, and can be anything you choose.
    5. Click the Save button to save your changes.

    Once your Teacher Key is saved, you simply notify the teachers who will then use it, along with your Planbook email address, and they can begin to collaborate via Replica.
