Resources
This article will provide users with an overview of Planbook's Resources feature.
Planbook allows you to upload any number of files (videos, documents, etc.) to your account, and then attach these files to your individual lessons, units, events, and classwork. To simplify storage and retrieval, files can also be grouped into folders on your Resources page.
Planbook also allows you to attach files directly from your Google drive into your lesson plans.
File Names
You can name each file you upload to Planbook Resources, and rename them at any time. A file name change will automatically be reflected in all locations where the file is attached to a lesson, unit, event, or classwork. Please note that file names cannot be more than 50 characters in length and can only contain letters/numbers (no spaces, underscores, etc.).
File Folders
To simplify storage and retrieval, files can be grouped into folders on your Resources page. New folders can be added, and files can be moved between folders at any time. Changes made to the file will automatically be reflected in all locations where the file is attached to a lesson, unit, event, or classwork.
File Management
You can upload and remove multiple files in a single request. There is currently no limit to the number of files and the overall storage allocated to each Planbook user. However, there is a 500Mb size limit on individual files.
